Buying and selling homes is now bree(a)zy! HouseEazy is an innovative technology company that enables customers to buy or sell ready houses at the click of a button. It aims to revolutionize resale transactions by making them transparent, simple, and quick.

Lykan Media was thrilled to work with HouseEazy, an avant-garde technology company set on transforming the real estate resale market through transparency, simplicity, and speed. Our assignment involved multiple aspects of digital transformation aimed at making the buying and selling process as bree(a)zy as possible for users.

We kicked off our engagement with UX/UI Design Consultancy. The main challenge was to create an interface that simplifies the often complex and stressful process of buying or selling homes. Our design had to reflect the brand’s core promise of ease and transparency. We developed an intuitive UI with straightforward navigation and user-friendly layouts, incorporating features like property search filters, interactive maps, and quick links to financial calculators to assist in the decision-making process.

Next, we initiated Website Development Solutions to bring our UX/UI designs to life. We built a highly responsive, SEO-optimized website designed for high performance. Features like one-click property viewing, instant quotation calculators, and secure payment gateways were implemented to provide an all-encompassing platform that meets the needs of both buyers and sellers.

Our focus then shifted to Conversion Rate Optimization. We ran exhaustive A/B tests and analytics assessments to identify key user behaviors and preferences. Based on the insights, we refined various elements such as CTA buttons, landing pages, and forms to ensure maximum conversions.

Lastly, we executed a Digital Marketing strategy tailored to attract high-quality traffic to the website. Utilizing SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing, we aimed to establish HouseEazy as a go-to platform for hassle-free real estate transactions.
